Drai's On The Strip
Las Vegas is the hottest city in the world, and the hottest restaurant in town is Drai's On The Strip. Fine dining is the buzzword at Drai's.
Victor Drai opened his first eatery in Beverly Hills several years ago, and it quickly became one of the best restaurants in Los Angeles.
One of our favorites on Drai's ala carte menu is the delectable White Fish with Filo Dough and Onion Marmalade. And Drai's offers an eclectic selection of entree's, ranging from homemade ravioli, seafood, free-range chicken, and beef. You might want to try the Roast Rack of Lamb and the country style Osso Bucco, served with fresh pasta.
How about Drai's extended selection of fine wines? One of the best occassion wines we've ever tasted--Chateau Pape Clement, 1982--is available at Drai's. And don't miss dessert. The Creme Brulle is a favorite, with a light and flavorful finish. It's a great way to end a gourmet dinner.
Drai's design is simply stunning. Soft lighting, rich wood columns, palm trees, and some nifty artwork. It all creates an ambiance conducive to leisurely dining, amid a chic setting. Rather than a traditional bar, Victor Drai opted for a lounge. It's as cozy as a fine living room, with low, comfortable chairs and music by a terrific blues group.
Victor Drai said "he wanted a Strip location...and he ended up with one of the best spots in the world." It's located on the lower level of the Barbary Coast Hotel/Casino, at the corner of Las Vegas Blvd. and Flamingo.
If you're in search of a casual and elegant dining experience, served by a well-trained staff, than Drai's On The Strip is the place. Dining rooms are available for parties. Expect to pay about $50.00 per person, wine included. Drai's is open 5:30 - 11:00pm, Monday through Saturday. Call (702)737-0555.
