World-renowned and award-winning Chef J. Joho has brought his artful culinary skills to Las Vegas. Just above the Strip on the 11th floor of the Paris Las Vegas’ Eiffel Tower replica, Chef Joho’s Eiffel Tower Restaurant offers the city’s premier French cuisine, breathtaking views of the Las Vegas strip and is regarded as the crown jewel in Paris Las Vegas’ collection of restaurants.


Joho has won acclaim as chef/owner of his Chicago retaurants, Everest and Brasserie Jo. Everest has received world wide recognition as a 5-star/5-diamond restaurant and Brasserie Jo was named “Best New Restaurant” by the James Beard Foundation. Chef Joho has artfully updated a French classic menu. Highlights include a grand seafood platter with lobster, shrimp, crab, oysters and clams; lobster thermidor; a terrine of foie gras and marinated figs; tournedos rossini with foie gras and truffle sauce and banana souffle.


Guests are whisked to the restaurant in a glass elevator that opens to electric activity of the top-notch kitchen, and then escorted to the dining room where panoramic views take center stage. Glittering lights of the Las Vegas strip appear even more dramatic by the dining room’s intimate lighting; tables facing west offer spectacular views of a glorious water-fountain display. Metal framework from the Eiffel Tower dramatically breaks through the restaurant walls and outfits the dining room in a style that can be described as modernized art deco.
