Taste of Vegas is the brainchild of John Richard Bonds.  When Bonds came to Las Vegas from Southern California almost 6 years ago, he quickly noticed that nobody was talking seriously about restaurants in the legitimate media.  Bonds soon started Channel 3's "Restaurant of the Week" and then the Taste of Vegas radio restaurant show.  The Taste of Vegas Best Restaurant's Guide would follow, this Web site, and a TV restaurant show.

The mission of Taste of Vegas is simple:  present the finest in the breadth of Las Vegas dining!  Be objective, accurate and honest.  When reviewing, we visit an eatery at least 3 times before passing judgment.  We only accept advertising from restaurants and businesses that our staff can honestly recommend.  We decline all gifts or favors that might influence our opinions.  We actively participate in charities associated with the local restaurant community.
